Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Vestrill AI Consulting ("Vestrill," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at vestrill.com and any automated communication services operated on behalf of our business clients.
By calling a phone number powered by Vestrill, receiving an SMS message from a Vestrill-powered system, or submitting a form on vestrill.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Program Description
Vestrill AI Consulting provides AI-powered automation services to home service businesses and property managers. These services include:
- After-hours voice AI for capturing inbound service calls
- Automated SMS confirmation and dispatch notifications
- Appointment booking and scheduling automation
- Customer follow-up and review request messaging
When you call a business that uses Vestrill's systems, you may interact with an AI voice agent and receive follow-up text messages related to your service request.
SMS Messaging Terms
Vestrill operates SMS messaging programs on behalf of its business clients. The following terms apply to all SMS communications sent through Vestrill-powered systems:
SMS Program Details
Program Name: Vestrill Customer Care SMS
Program Description: Transactional SMS messages confirming service requests, appointment details, and dispatch status sent to individuals who have initiated contact by phone.
Message Frequency: Typically 1 message per service interaction. Frequency may vary based on appointment follow-ups.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@vestrill.com.
Supported Carriers: All major US carriers. Carrier support may vary.
By calling a business powered by Vestrill and providing your phone number, you consent to receive a follow-up SMS confirmation regarding your service request. We do not send unsolicited messages. We do not send SMS to individuals who have not first contacted us.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any message you receive from our system
- Email us at hello@vestrill.com with your phone number and a request to opt out
Upon receipt of a STOP request, we will send one final confirmation message and remove you from future communications. Note that opting out may affect your ability to receive time-sensitive service confirmations.
Use of AI-Powered Services
Vestrill's services include AI-powered voice agents that may answer calls on behalf of our business clients. By calling a number powered by Vestrill, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your call may be answered by an automated AI voice system
- The conversation may be recorded or transcribed for service fulfillment and quality purposes
- Information you provide during the call (name, address, issue type, urgency) will be used to route and fulfill your service request
- Call and transcript data may be shared with the business you contacted and with our service providers
Prohibited Uses
You may not use or attempt to use our services to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with our automated systems
- Circumvent opt-out mechanisms or re-enroll after opting out without direct consent
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Vestrill does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that automated systems will capture every inbound request without failure. We are not liable for missed calls, undelivered messages, or dispatch delays caused by third-party platform outages.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestrill AI Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed appointments, or service delays.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by our client for the specific service interaction in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
